  • Mediation

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in which a third-party individual who assists the parties with or without their counsel to come to a mutually agreed upon resolution. Mediation is normally less adversarial, less stressful and less expensive than litigation. Mediation can provide options that are which are customized to you, your children, your ex and your particular situation.

Goal

Our goal is to help you during one of the most difficult times of your life. We will help you create the best possible future post-divorce. If you have children, you and your ex-spouse will be connected and need to interact for the rest of your lives. Creating a positive co-parenting relationship for the long term will help you to minimize unnecessary stress for your children (and even grandchildren) during the most important times of their lives (christenings, baptismals, bar/bat mitzvahs, sporting events, awards, graduations, weddings). We will work to amicably resolve your case rather than creating issues or causing unnecessary economic or mental distress. If your ex and/or their attorney is not willing to amicably resolve the situation; then, we will aggressively litigate in the best interests of your children and you.

Our firm does not believe in taking actions like filing motions, issuing subpoenas or deposing parties when they are not necessary to obtain essential information or likely to move the case forward.
